Sebastian Głąb

A product-minded engineer in Cracow.

I'm a product-minded engineer based in Cracow. I turn ambiguous problems into useful software, working across product decisions, business constraints, and the systems that make them real.

I care about why a product should exist and who it should help, then stay close enough to the implementation to ship it well.

Context

Ordering from an unfamiliar menu is harder when language and presentation hide what a dish actually is.

Product lens

Bitee.ai pairs translation with a visual preview so people can understand the choice before they order.

Build

The current stack is Go and Next.js. The UI is AI-generated slop.

About

How I work.

I work where product choices and technical constraints meet. I care as much about the user problem, business context, and shape of the experience as I do about the systems that keep it reliable and maintainable.

Outside software, I recharge in the gym and outdoors. Movement clears my head and gives difficult problems a little more room.

Contact

Let's build something useful.

If you're working through a product problem where technical depth and product judgment both matter, I'd like to hear about it.
